Medicine graduate from Newcastle University and is currently based in Canada. His research interests lie in public health and primary care, with a particular focus on escalation of care and improving the integration of healthcare services within communities. He is especially interested in holistic approaches to medicine and in developing effective models for integrating rural communities into the healthcare system across Alberta.
He has a broader interest in improving accessibility, continuity, and efficiency of healthcare delivery, particularly for communities that can face barriers to accessing appropriate care. He was also a recipient of the Newcastle University EDI Grant, supporting his work and interests in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
