This policy explains what personal information Medquara collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you register your interest, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, whether you are a student or parent/guardian, the student’s level of study, country of residence, and any message you choose to send. If you apply to join the team or request a school session, we collect the details you enter in those forms, such as your name, email, role, school, country and message.

How we use it

• To email you about Medquara cohorts, schedules and next steps.
• To answer questions you send us.
• To understand, in aggregate, where interest in the program is coming from.

We do not sell personal information.

Who can see it

Form submissions are received through our form provider, Web3Forms, and are accessed only by Medquara. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see your card details. We use Zoom to run live sessions and Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used; Google Analytics uses cookies. We may use email and scheduling tools to contact you. These providers process information on our behalf.

Students under 18

Our program is for students aged 14 and over. If a student is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian is aware of the request and agrees to it. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold.

Session recordings

Live sessions and meetings with participants or school groups are recorded for safety, and recordings may include participants’ images, voices and names. Recordings are stored securely, are accessible only to authorised Medquara team members, are kept only as long as needed and are not published or used in marketing without written consent (from a parent or guardian for under-18s). Keeping and deleting information

We keep your details while you are interested in the program, and delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask to access or delete your information by emailing contact@medquara.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
