Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the 4-Week Medical Research & University Pathways Program (early-bird price $189 USD per student, regular price $249 USD). Payments are made through our secure checkout, provided by Stripe.

Registering interest

No payment is taken when you register your interest, so there is nothing to refund at that stage.

7-day refund

You can request a refund within 7 days of the date of your purchase. If you do, we will refund your payment minus a 10% refund fee. The fee helps cover costs we cannot recover, including payment-processing fees.

For example, a refund on the early-bird price of $189 USD is $170.10 USD (a fee of $18.90). A refund on the regular price of $249 USD is $224.10 USD (a fee of $24.90).

How to request a refund

Email contact@medquara.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include the name and email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After 7 days

Refund requests made more than 7 days after the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund, except where we cancel a cohort (see below).

If we cancel

If Medquara cancels a cohort, you will receive a full refund of any fee you have paid for that cohort, with no refund fee.
